Eurovisión 2017: ¿De Murcia a Kiev?

30 seleccionados han pasado la primera fase del #Eurocasting, entre los que se encuentran dos candidaturas murcianas: Lem Baquero y Silence of the Wolves.

Lem Baquero, de 24 años y natural de Murcia, tiene claro que lo suyo siempre ha sido - y será- la música. Decidió ser cantante con 6 años, cuando veía OT, y en el instituto usaba sus ahorros del trabajo para seguir haciendo música. Desde hace cinco años sube vídeos a Youtube y ha aparecido en algún que otro programa de televisión. Su apuesta para representar a España en el festival es "Hard to love you".

Silence of the Wolves es una banda murciana nacida en Youtube en el año 2013. Compuesta por un vocalista y guitarrista, Jose Francisco, y una vocalista, Ángela Carpio, en sus trabajos se nota la influencia de grandes grupos como Coldplay, Of Monster and Men o Bastille. Inmersos en la producción de su próximo EP, presentan su candidatura el festival con un tema joven y alternativo: "Sparkling Lights".

El plazo de votación finaliza el lunes 12 de diciembre, a las 12:00 horas. Los 10 más votados por el público pasarán a la siguiente fase, en la que un jurado elegirá a 3 finalistas. En el mes de enero, presentarán su canción vía ´streaming´ en un programa especial en la web de RTVE y el público decidirá el ganador, que participará en el programa ´Objetivo Eurovisión´, que emitirá La 1 en febrero.
